  • Cognitive Tests — Online brain health assessment used by leading healthcare practitioners and researchers around the world to obtain accurate, quantified, and scientifically-validated measures of your cognitive function, including memory, attention, reasoning, and verbal abilities. Intelligence is not just one thing and your brain cannot be defined by one number (IQ). There are at least three independent intellectual domains: reasoning, short-term memory, and verbal ability. What’s more, each domain has its own brain network behind it and you may be stronger at one aspect of cognition (memory), yet weaker at another (e.g., planning or problem solving). To truly understand your cognitive abilities, several different measures are needed. Our assessment includes up to 12 efficient, highly engaging and gamified tasks that can be taken online. These tasks have been developed by leading neuroscientists over the last 25+ years, taken over 8 million times, and used in 300+ peer-reviewed studies of cognition. In addition, research has revealed brain regions that are associated with the cognitive abilities targeted by each task.

Today, cognitive degenerative conditions—like Alzheimer’s and other sources of dementia—continue to affect millions of people globally, with no real cure in sight. At the same time, awareness around brain health is growing globally among all age groups—and while brain health deterioration is top of mind, so too is the desire for self-optimization in order to maximize one’s quality of life.

Decades of research have shown that lifestyle choices definitely can train the brain. For example, finding the right sleep schedule, exercising, and managing stress can all have short-term and long-term impact. on your brain’s health, which underlies cognitive performance. These web-based tasks provide accurate and reliable measures the key elements of cognition, they can be used to measure the results of brain training—or many other brain health interventions. Objectively measure cognition before, during, and/or after specific interventions will allow you to gain evidence that the intervention is having the desired effects.

Changes in your health can happen slowly, and it is difficult to know if you are maintaining your brain health over time. Tracking your cognitive measurements over time will give you a long-term view of how your brain health is changing. Your healthcare practitioner will use these measures to assess, monitor and manage core areas of cognition that are key to your mental health and wellness.
